Letters from the ones you love for the moments you'll never forget
Every message has its perfect moment.
Discover how Milestone Vault delivers your words at life's most meaningful milestones,
ensuring your love and wisdom arrive exactly when they're needed most.
Three Ways to Deliver Your Message
Choose the perfect delivery method for your letter. Each type ensures your words arrive at precisely the right moment.
Specific Date Delivery
Perfect for known milestones
Schedule your letter for an exact date - birthdays, wedding anniversaries, graduation days,
or any special moment you know is coming. Your message arrives precisely on that day,
creating a beautiful surprise that shows you've been planning for their special moment.
- Set delivery up to 50 years in advance
- Perfect for milestone birthdays (16, 18, 21, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80)
- Ideal for wedding anniversaries and known celebrations
- Recipient notified on the exact day
Example: Write a letter to your newborn grandchild to be opened on their 18th birthday,
sharing wisdom and love they'll cherish forever.
Event-Based Delivery
For life's unpredictable beautiful moments
Some milestones can't be scheduled - first child, first grandchild, wedding day, or when they need
encouragement most. The recipient confirms when the event occurs, unlocking your message at the
perfect moment.
- Recipient must confirm the event has occurred
- Double verification: "I confirm this event has happened"
- Custom events available - describe any milestone
- Includes recipient's name and date of birth for verification
Example: Write a letter to your daughter for her wedding day. She'll receive notification
that a letter awaits, and when she's married, she confirms the event to read your words.
Inactivity-Based Delivery
Your legacy after you're gone
If you haven't logged in for six months, we'll gently check in with you. After continued inactivity,
we presume you've passed away. Your recipients are then notified and must confirm this before
receiving your final messages.
- 6-month inactivity triggers check-in emails
- Multiple reminders to prevent accidental delivery
- Recipient must confirm your passing
- Secure verification process maintains privacy
Example: Write letters to each of your children to be read after you're gone,
sharing your love, pride, and life lessons one final time.
